OIM2.eu 2027 Grenoble, where science meets innovation
From February 16 to 18, 2027, our territory at Grenoble Alpes will host the very first edition of Open Innovation Materials & Manufacturing Europe (OIM2.eu) at Minatec
OIM2.eu 2027 is a new European forum designed to bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and industrial innovation in advanced materials, nanotechnologies, and sustainable manufacturing. Co-organized by key players in our ecosystem such as the ESRF, CEA-Leti, and IRT Nanoelec, this event embodies the core strength of our region by connecting academic excellence with concrete industrial needs to accelerate technology transfer.
Over three days, the symposium will address pivotal themes for industrial competitiveness and environmental responsibility, ranging from advanced materials to sustainable manufacturing. Discussions will also highlight critical future domains such as AI & Digital Technologies, Quantum Technologies, and Sustainability.
As Grenoble Alpes already shines brightly on these themes, industrial actors, researchers, and start-ups will find a unique opportunity here to engage in direct dialogue, build new structured partnerships through B2B matchmaking sessions, and discover our ecosystem’s world-class infrastructures through exclusive site visits and a major innovation showcase.
